Chamberlain Forum is the new neighbourhood think-and-do tank based in Birmingham. We are inspired by the experience of neighbourhoods like Balsall Heath and Castle Vale where years of neglect have been turned round through community leadership. That is, we think, ’Big Society’ in practice.
